Angela Ghikadis joined Planscape in 2005 as a land use planner. Ms Ghikadis has experience at both the municipal and provincial levels of government. She has a thorough understanding and knowledge of the complexities surrounding the development of recreational waterfront properties, both private and commercial.
Ms Ghikadis promotes good environmental stewardship that compliments the natural features of Muskoka’s recreational properties and provides sound planning advice to various private and commercial land owners.
Ms Ghikadis is involved in a full range of planning applications in the private sector, processing various types of development applications including consents, zoning and official plan amendments, minor variances, site plans and site evaluation reports.
Angela Ghikadis obtained her Honours B.E.S. Degree in Biology and Urban and Environmental Studies from Brock University. She is a provisional member of both the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI).
