Planscape provides planning assistance to various ratepayer organizations on lakes who are interested in developing lake plans or community plans for their lakes. These projects involve a comprehensive planning program that builds consensus around a lake for specific planning and development policies that are then recommended to local councils for inclusion in their official plans and zoning by-laws. We have developed an active public engagement program that is tailored to the needs of the association and the lake residents.
